Do you have funding for your event (grants, sponsors, etc) ?

Will you want catering?

Have you looked over the rental rates?
Do you think you will pay the rental fee or meet the bar minimum?
Do you think you will need a subsidy to rent the space for your event?

Will you need more tech than 2 microphones and a way to play music from a phone or laptop?
